Pomerol, where Petrus is located, was the only region in Bordeaux that was not included in the classification. This bottle of Petrus 1982 offers a caramel, baked vanilla, cherry jam, cedar and smoky sweetness, along with a dense and smooth bodied texture. The low acidity brings about the abundant tannin, and the wine remains sweet and smoky. Ideal for drinking now.
