The wrapper is printed in traditional Chinese characters, while the short inner ticket features simplified Chinese text in a 4 × 4 cm format. Unlike traditional Xia Guan teas that used Lincang and Jinggu materials, this batch was pressed at the Xia Guan Tea Factory using Menghai tea leaves. The tea has developed a distinctive pine-smoke aroma with a sweet aftertaste and is recognised as one of Xia Guan's standout teas of the 2000s.
