This is an early M3 with a “Corner” on the front of the top plate in chrome finished; also it has some features of early M3: Double stroke operation, short film advance lever, half-moon stopper on the hot shoe, two circular areas on the cast housing and triangular strap lugs. The camera comes with a Summicron-M 2/5cm (#1118057), with front lens cap.
