This lot has been well preserved in dry storage in its original packaging, showing only slight signs of wear. A classic representative of 1950s Pu-er, it was crafted from Yiwu golden large leaves. The tight pressing technique allowed a slow, even transformation, creating a uniform distribution of tea resin that gives the cake its bright sheen. After seventy years of aging, the tea now offers a rich, full mouthfeel with a lingering finish, and has gradually reached its optimal stage for enjoyment.
