Leitz Wetzlar rare original Leica M4 "Bundeswehr" olive paint. After Leica M3 and M1 cameras, the olive Leica M4 was the last Leica camera model delivered to the German Military (Bundeswehr). It is one of the rarest Leica M versions with only 31 examples produced, serial numbers 1.266.101 to 1.266.131. The camera here is number twelve of the batch and in entirely original condition. It comes complete with matching Elmar 2.8/50 lens Nr. 2.326.845, engraved "Y". The "Y" stands for Bundeswehr. Also included are a Leicameter MR in chrome with golden eagle sticker "BWB 1482" in olive green leather case, olive M4 ERV stamped "BWB 1482" and documents about the Leica M4, issued by the Bundeswehr. An earlier Leitz outfit case in olive is also included. This camera has been authenticated by Lars Netopil.
