Here is a set of three Summarit 1.5/5cm lenses, two of them were made in Canada and one was made in Germany. For lens number 1246387 is in screw mount with keeper; and number 1420232 is in M mount with both lens caps. Even both of them were made in Canada, they have different designs, such as aperture index and the style of depth of field scale. As for lens 1297028, it was in M mount and made in Germany; it comes with rear lens cap.
