Rare and fully original camera from a small group of olive finished Leica M3 cameras, prepared for German Army (Bundeswehr). Total production of olive M3 cameras was less than 300 units, between 1957 and 1968. The vulcanite complete without chip missing. There is a Leitz Wetzlar “L” repair seal in the bayonet flange. The shutter crate engraved “927741”. The camera comes complete with matching Hektor-M 4.5/13.5cm (#1509122) in Leica M mount. The camera has been authenticated by Lars Netopil (Wetzlar). The set completes with body cap, both lens caps and leather case for lens.
