为纪念辛亥革命100週年，徕卡特别于2011年10月10日推出了101套M7辛亥革命纪念套机。黑漆机身配以绿色驼鸟皮，顶盖刻有「天下为公 孙文」字样﹔机身背面则刻有「辛亥革命一百周年纪念，1911 - 2011」。连同Summilux-M 1.4/50mm ASPH镜头(#4102718)，包装证书齐全，成色如新，未经使用。
