此机可说是造工最精美的后期镀金相机。镀金的IIIg机身覆以棕色蜥蝪皮，连同镀金的Elmar 2.8/5cm镜头(#1618835)及镀金镜头前盖﹔连同包装盒及相机带，成色如新。
