此套机为M3银色机身配三支镜头，分别是：Summicron-M2.8/35mm 银色眼镜版镜头 (#1947120)、Elmar-M 2.8/90mm 银色镜头 (＃2085724)及 Elmar-M4/135mm 镜头 (#1820846)。另有配件：测光錶 (#14250)、三支镜头通用的银色滤镜、供2.8/35镜头使用的IROOA 遮光罩连盖及供 2.8/90mm 及 4/135mm 镜头使用的遮光罩 (#12575N)。套机配有镜头前后盖及机身盖，如此成色及配件齐全的套机实为罕有。
