為紀念辛亥革命100週年，徠卡特別於2011年10月10日推出了101套M7辛亥革命紀念套機。黑漆機身配以綠色駝鳥皮，頂蓋刻有「天下為公 孫文」字樣﹔機身背面則刻有「辛亥革命一百周年纪念，1911 - 2011」。連同Summilux-M 1.4/50mm ASPH鏡頭(#4102718)，包裝證書齊全，成色如新，未經使用。
