此鏡是早期螺絲卡口的版本，它用了Telyt 5/400mm的調焦環，其生產期極短，估計只有數百支，直到1961年後才改為較輕巧的調焦環，所以此拍品在市場上並不常見。它更可用於Visoflex 上，連同包裝盒及鏡頭前後蓋。
