七十年代，雲南七子蘋果綠字黃印的茶菁，最重要的特點是其配方風格已逐漸趨向7542，年代約為1977-1980年之產品。配茶的精緻度不遜於前期的黃印，以中壯茶葉為主，摻入嫩芽，茶質優良，近年更因達到四十年陳化轉變，使之成為受歡迎的收藏品。
